It is Orange gets me going,

My creative juices flowing,

The essential oil that lubricates my mind

Most appealing of all colours,

Far more fruity than the others,

Orange has a zest that's tricky to define

Hot red's passion-flame but mellowed

With a happy tinge of yellow

Orange mixes both to keep the blues at bay

And though nothing rhymes with Orange

In my opinion that just makes it all the more special, actually

It's a colour AND one of your '5-a-day'!
